York Science park identified a growing need to streamline how their meeting rooms and bookable spaces were managed. Existing processes of booking spaces were outdated with limited flexibility and accessibility. To address this One SC Media were approached to develop a new modern and intuitive booking platform.
The software solution that was developed by One SC Media simplified the booking process for users whilst improving space utilisation across the science park. It also provided real- time availability and scheduling options to ensure accessibility for all users.
