Omni wrote, produced and directed this launch campaign to showcase how FixMyCar disrupts the automotive industry, challenging the status quo and redefining customer expectations.
We highlighted the pain points customers faced before FixMyCar by portraying exaggerated and caricatured scenarios of inadequate service. Using comedy to disarm, we wanted the campaign to not only resonate with customers, but also connect with garage owners who share FixMyCar’s values. To maximise the campaign’s reach, we produced nearly 50 unique edits tailored for various platforms such as TikTok and Meta, ensuring broad and effective engagement.
The Riddler, appearing from nowhere, guides the customer through a cryptic riddle about their car issues. This humorous contrast emphasized FixMyCar’s commitment to transparency, clarity, and reassurance. By situating the scenario in a home setting, we presented a relatable situation without the concern of villainising mechanics.
The tailored edits for different platforms allowed us to effectively convey this message across diverse audiences, reinforcing FixMyCar’s brand identity and customer-centric approach.
