I personally set out to reinvent the Post Office experience to save consumers from a slow, dull and outdated service. In trying to change the Royal Mail experience, I have actually found a solution that eliminates most of the need to go. The Post Box 2.0 offers transactions for stamps, envelopes and postage labels via its touchscreen, as well as providing a parcel deposit-and-collection service, utilising unused underground storage. Answering the call for more practicality, familiarity and accessibility; a new-age Post Office.
