In a highly competitive category, we needed to elevate True North above exotic destinations and the ‘luxury’ stereotypes. We needed to bottle the brand’s magic, and communicate the feeling that guests experience during a True North adventure.

True North is one of Australia’s most exclusive adventure cruise experiences. Catering for high-net-worth travellers looking for more than superficial satisfaction, True North was the first company to chart the untouched waters of The Kimberley. Since then, the brand has continued to provide life-changing immersive experiences. With Michelin Star chefs, an onboard helicopter and specially designed boats that go where other boats can’t, a True North cruise is a gateway to extraordinary adventures that offer a completely new perspective on life.
And the results were nothing short of extraordinary.

Introducing ‘Life’s Different After’. These three words encapsulate the emotional and perceptual transformation that True North guests experience. To bring this to life, we reimagined the brand’s visual identity and crafted an integrated campaign unlike anything else in the category. Rather than spotlight itineraries, we focused on the feeling of change—a shift in perspective that only True North can deliver. Before Life’s Different After launched, we were averaging 150 enquiries per month. Once we went live, our results skyrocketed. In July and August alone we received over 1800 enquiry conversions, almost twice that of the rest of the year put together. This rush of new interest in the brand proved the significant impact of our new campaign on consumers.

In market from June 2024, ‘Life’s Different After’ has run across Large Format Outdoor, the first time the brand has used this format. It also included Airport Advertising to capture luxury travellers, Spotify placements that create binaural experiences in audio and a range of high-impact digital executions - including interactive video.
