ABOUT

Since 2022, around 7 million Ukrainians have left the country, and their connection with Ukraine has gradually weakened. In 2023, Nova Post expanded internationally by opening new branches in Poland and Germany. This created two new challenges for the company: encouraging Ukrainians abroad to use its delivery services and strengthening the emotional connection with the brand — both among Ukrainian refugees abroad and within Ukraine itself.
In 2024, Ukrainians needed to rediscover new energy and motivation. This led us to a key insight: Ukraine’s victory is made up of millions of small personal victories achieved by Ukrainians every day. We invited people to share their achievements by asking them just one simple question: “What is your victory story?”
The project’s ambassador became Elina Svitolina, who dedicates her victories to her homeland. Her story inspired the creation of a red tennis ball signed by Elina. It became the symbol of the campaign and a gift for every participant, available for collection at Nova Post branches.
Results:
• 60,000 unique victory stories submitted
• 55 million people reached
• 1,260,000 TikTok views
• 80% of stories submitted in European countries came from new users
• +28% growth in new branch customers
• 54% reactivation of inactive customers
