“We want to brew beer the way it should be, not play with it or add things… just a consistently delicious pint.” Our “revolution” iconography - strong men, rolled sleeves, pints raised in defiance - captured their radical fervour, fellowship and infectious passion. It also captured the imagination of the landlords and critics. Their first brews have been praised both locally and further afield in the trendy bars of East London.
