Lir make delicious chocolates. But their packaging looked tired and generic and was completely overshadowed by its famous competitors. We took the brand apart and amongst the wreckage found that they had won some Gold Taste Awards, high praise indeed. These inspired our taste led creative, tone of voice and stripped back modernity. The combination of these category challenging equities achieved a 25% sales increase in the first 6 months. Sales are still rising.
