● Defining inspiration
● Creating an inspiration mood board
● Initial Sketches
● Creating a colour mood board
● Final illustrations of pieces
● Making the patterns (I made all patterns)
● Sewing samples out of similar fabrics (I sew samples)
● Editing and finalising patterns
● Fabrics, trims and embellishment research for the most cost-effective and high-quality way
● Researching sewing ateliers and tailors, negotiating the price per garment for samples and wholesale
● Fabric, trims and embellishment buying
● Giving one garment’s raw material and fabric to several ateliers to evaluate how they sew
● Deciding which sewing atelier to work with
● Giving all raw materials and patterns to the atelier and giving them deadlines for each piece
● Researching and selecting Fashion photographer, Hair and Make-up artists, photoshoot location and model agency
● Sharing comments to sewing atelier upon clothes and make them adjust the issues
● Casting with multiple models and decide the model
● Fixing the garments with the fitting issues
● Creating a styling mood board for photoshoot
● Determining styling elements and art direction elements such as shoes, jewellery, make-up and hair, photoshoot background curtain, related visual items
● Buying and collecting the styling elements (for instance: for the AW collection, I collected giant cut tree leaf and bought a straw bale)
● Creating styling collages for the per piece to avoid possible confusions during the photo shoot, which includes: Hairstyle example, Make-up example, accessories, and shoe.
● Glueing styling collage prints to envelopes and putting related accessories in the envelopes
● Making a shooting order of the garments and writing their shooting numbers on the envelopes
● Preparing garment suitcase and styling suitcase before the photoshoot night
● Photoshoot: Going earlier than the rest of the team and ironing the garments, placing art direction elements, and during photoshoot; giving apparel and accessories to the model, and giving feedback to the photographer
