"What I wanted Paul to design for my new start-up that will be immersed in the wonderful world of anime and it’s globally engaged audience was a playful brand that had fun with the concept of customisation. So many anime, manga and game properties spawn their own online community of memes, animated GIFs, fan-fiction and cosplay (“costume play”). I wanted to create an identity that encourages the audience to customise the logo for their own enjoyment and most of all to have fun with the brand and our products.
I believe we achieved that ambition and I am very pleased with the end result."
