I was asked to design a community of dwellings on a smaller site as part of the overall Faversham Creek regeneration. These could be a combination of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bed properties, as long as they fulfilled a room specification for the size of the site. The flood plain of the Creek also had to be taken into account when designing the dwellings.
