After spending some time in npower's Digital Optimisation team, I came up with a few concepts as to how the company could interact with the everyday energy user.

The main idea was to create a more simplified and enjoyable journey. This is (potentially) a downloadable app that can be accessed from a Desktop, Tablet or Smartphone. The app puts the consumer at the heart of the experience by allowing them to filter through information of their interest, manage household devices and earn energy points.
