Union Bank Nigeria commissioned Ellae to redesign their UnionMobile Banking application used by over 2,700 staff and almost 2 million customers including both individual and corporate clients of the bank that would enable the bank manage evolving customer expectations stemming from their recent rebrand and repositioning exercise. The application was to focus on empowering customers for self-service, enabling customers to easily manage their online transactions.

A cutting-edge and world-class User Interface (UI) was developed and integrated their new 'Simpler and Smarter' brand positioning/identity, the UI also offered a better and more streamlined User Experience (UX) for their customers. Each screen was designed with the attendant security features and design outlook ensuring the right application of their brand elements across the platforms.
