Deck of playing cards for Fred. Olsen, featuring one of their illustrations.

The client wanted to use one of their existing illustrations on the outer packaging, and incorporate the brand logo flag on the back of the cards, in a classic card design style. I used the brand flag shape element, as well as illustrated nautical motifs related to the guest experiences of being on a ship – sea, sun (day sky), stars (night sky), and compass. The backs of the cards were designed to be vertically reversible for play.
