Industry-first ‘Mindset Wellness Playbook’ launches allowing people to own the ‘right to switch off’

Published by

Announced today, Nina Stephenson-Camps, Founder of Thrive Always and leading mindset coach with a corporate background, has unveiled its mindset health playbooks.  The unique approach aims to empower leaders and teams to take charge of their mindset health with short, simple tools which can be executed in real-time - offering a completely fresh take on mindset health in the workplace.

The playbooks take common workplace scenarios, such as pitching, campaign launching, tricky clients, scope creep and assign short, bite-sized mindset tools for each situation, designed to be practiced in real-time. It’s a simple three-step process: identify the situation, decide on the time investment (1min/2min/4min), and take action.

The playbooks are designed to support HR leaders by offering practical tools for their teams while also delivering data-driven insights on the specific scenarios which the teams are accessing. HR leaders gain accurate information on team pain points and can respond by providing L&D programs tailored to the specific needs. Teams feel heard and supported, resulting in a robust culture.

  • Bespoke Playbook - a mindset tool tailored to meet the specific needs around a function / client. Completely tailored to the unique needs of your team
  • Themed Playbook - generic, themed to typical experiences at work e.g. pitching, scope creep, includes data analytics reporting and immersion settings
  • Bundles - created to support individuals, these are mini versions of the playbooks and are themed to typical thoughts and experiences at work, to support individuals ranging from ‘start your day aligned’, inbox overflowing and in between gigs’

One of the key features of the playbooks is their ability to provide insights into the precise situations teams are seeking to solve. By understanding the specific challenges faced by employees, culturally innovative organizations can fine-tune their Learning and Development (L&D) programs to meet their exact needs, driving advocacy and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Ivor Mckay, Individual and Group Analytic Psychotherapist says: “I firmly believe that equipping corporate teams with the tools to self-regulate is essential for fostering a thriving workplace. Mindset health programs empower employees to manage anxiety, enhance emotional intelligence, and maintain focus, leading to harmonious working relationships and a surge in creativity. These programs not only heighten problem-solving capabilities and prevent absenteeism but also contribute to the overall success and resilience of the organisation.”

Nina Stephenson-camps, Founder Thrive Mindset says: “In an industry that is people-first self-regulation enhances collaboration, a crucial factor in reducing turnover. Empowering individuals to take control of their mindset solves the problem of people leaving, fostering a supportive environment that promotes retention.”

"With our Mindset Wellness playbooks and bundles, we're not just offering solutions; we're empowering individuals to cultivate a mindset that enables them to overcome challenges with confidence and resilience," adds Nina. "My goal is to provide individuals with the mindset freedom they need to succeed in today's ever-evolving workplace."
