Accountable for end-to-end service outcomes: defining and assuring - vision; strategy; roadmap; blueprints - end-to-end/front-back people, process, technology and data architecture; target operating model alignment; performance metrics (KPIs); points of failure; and continuous improvement across complex digital services.
Experienced in engaging senior stakeholders and driving service decisions: balancing user needs, business objectives and priorities, technical risk, and value delivery across the full service lifecycle.
To include global infrastructure builds - embedding UCD, influencing policies and processes; digital transformation - public/internal end-to-end complex services (UK Gov/GDS portfolio); enterprise applications - platform-as-a-service (AWS), software-as-a-service and human centred AI design for multi-device applications - desktop, laptop, tablet, mobile, kiosk.
