Alongside the in-house Senior Photographer I completely redeveloped the ecommerce styleguide for Pro:Direct Sport.
We devised an end-to-end workflow from initial photography through to web-ready assets that doubled retouching productivity by ensuring consistency in source imagery that allowed for background replacement without requiring clipping paths to be drawn.
I also developed a custom Photoshop panel with Javascipt that performed the image extraction, prepped the files for retouching, resized for web, generated personalisation assets on the fly, and performed all of the file exporting, thus leaving the retouchers to only clean up products.
