About me

As a freelance artist and designer/photographer I have had to understand and be aware of the constant development in digital technology. I have up-to-date high technical proficiency in Mac and Photoshop CS6 and I am use to and comfortable using a Wacom Tablet/Pen. The ever increasing ways that a photographic image can be viewed and printed out has meant that my knowledge and MA in printmaking can be a valuable asset particularly when understanding the importance of collaborating the digital image to the hardcopy. I have good design and layout skills and have considerable experience working with outside commercial printers and recognise how important it is to communicate and collaborate with them to produce the desired professional finish for a photograph. My part-time work has included working for Sharpedge, a graphic design and web development company. I prepared and retouched photographic images using Photoshop.
