Borough Market required accessibility remediation for its 2024 Annual Report to ensure the document could be accessed by all users, including those using assistive technologies.
My role focused exclusively on making the final document compliant with digital accessibility standards while preserving the original visual design.
I was responsible for auditing, remediating, and testing the document to remove accessibility barriers and deliver an inclusive digital publication.
Challenge
The primary challenge was improving accessibility without altering the approved design. All enhancements had to work within fixed layouts, brand guidelines, and pre-designed visual elements.
