ABOUT

Through this interactive installation we had at the Hancock Museum in Newcastle, the public was given the possibility to play and find out more about the effects of noise pollution on the behaviour and physiology of marine animals.

Within a digital underwater scenario, the participants revealed that different animals could react differently to noise.
Thanks to our prototype, people also discovered how snapping shrimp change their snap production in response to noise by playing with the level of noise.
