About me

I am very keen to apply for the above position. I am an experienced Account Manager within the print/packaging industry. Currently I am working as an Account Manager for SGS - MCG Graphics in Hull. I am responsible for managing several large brand and printer accounts, and have an excellent understanding of several print processes including Flexo, Litho and Gravure as well as a keen interest in the principles of design and marketing.

Previously I worked for Watt Gilchrist in Leeds as an Account Manager on the Asda account. Working as part of an account management team at Asda's head office in Leeds. My current and previous employment has been based around offering excellent customer service whist managing the overall packaging supply chain from design concept through to the printed product. During my career I have gained an excellent understanding of the importance of creating and maintaining strong customer relations.

My account management experience has included the following key requirements; Regular communication with the customer, accurate communication with internal artwork and repro teams on technical requirements, as well as attending pre-artwork meetings to discuss designs and the best way they can be reproduced. As well as all other account management activities required to ensure project completion in-line with critical path timings.
