In my current role at Venntro, working solely with our B2B partner accounts it was my chance to establish if there are any client revenue streams that can be improved on. As our business model works on a revenue share basis and a heavy focus on click to reg rates and conversions as well as site performances due to traffic via PPC campaigns, it's important we get the best result for client and us.
As user behaviors had changed and an increase in mobile traffic/users were on the rise it was important to establish which brands were making money in the right areas of PPC and looking to update the front end dating sites which were not. All main brand site of Bauer media were updated/rebranded to be responsive front end sites & all reg forms were changed to reduce click to reg rates as there was a heavy drop out rate.
To do this I changed the main select fields for our date of birth fields from 3 select fields to 1 date input field thus improving conversion rates by 16% and reducing click to reg.
