When you are introducing somebody to water softeners you will normally need a bit of time to explain how things work, not just with the machine itself but with the installation process, maintenance and of course price.

Our creative team created a complete sales pack as an aid for the sales team, and more importantly for the customer. If a customer went on to have a water softener installed they would receive a water softener owners guide, containing all the information they need to be confident they have the answers they need. The creative team collaborated with existing customers and Harvey engineers to produce an Owners Guide pack that was truly the last piece of the puzzle; even allowing for cheeky marketing opportunities like referral reminders and salt sales help.
