'My Gran was gradually robbed of who she was, a lifetime of memories taken from her bit by bit. This work is an attempt to reconnect these disappearing fragments and reconstruct memory across the generations. We have the ability to remember; this was denied to my Gran towards the end of her life.’

I was awarded the ‘Format Award’ (by FORMAT: International Photography Exhibition) at the ‘Lux’ Exhibition on the 29th May 2015. This work has been exhibited at the University of Derby and the Rag Factory in London.
