I have been working with Nerys James since March 2009 when she pitched designs for the Royal Academy’s A-level Summer Exhibition Online. Nerys has proven herself to be an outstanding graphic designer: she has combined her graphic design skills with her illustration skills to create a new brand for the online exhibition that is completely unique and has a very strong impact. She is also able to utilise images well to create coherent and exciting designs. Myself and my colleagues have also found Nerys to be very easy to work with: she makes corrections and changes quickly and with an excellent eye for detail, and also really listens to our ideas and has been able to realise them. As she has previously worked in print houses, she also has a thorough knowledge of the print process that has proved invaluable. All in all, Nerys has been an asset to the Royal Academy and we will be using her skills for more projects in the future.
