About me
I've been writing for film, video, social media, radio, animation and events for over twenty years. For the last ten I've been supporting top independent production companies with scripts and ideas. This work often involves bringing to life complex material, dramatising scenarios, developing characters, and finding comedy in unexpected places. Sectors include charitable, technological, IT, financial services, pharmaceutical, construction, hospitality, aerospace and many more. My goal, whether writing entertainment for the BBC, or fulfilling the needs of a client, is to create content that informs or inspires or makes people laugh, and sometimes all these things at once. Most importantly, it hooks people right up to the end.
