About me
Negin Vaziri is an Iranian/ Italian conceptual and performance artist, writer and filmmaker with a multidisciplinary background in dramatic and visual arts, since 1997.
She is author of award winning interdisciplinary performance art and known about her strong provocations of social, cultural and religious tabus. Using predominately body art, photography, writing, music in her choreography and installations and invites on audience interactions.
She have worked and participated as an artist, curator, member of jury panel in Venice Art Biennale, Venice International and intercultural film festival, exhibiting and giving lectures in Tehran, San Francisco, NewYork, Venice and London.
