ABOUT
Client: A children’s textile brand specializing in swaddles, bedding, blankets, and clothing. The brand values simplicity, practicality, and deep love for its homeland.
Project Overview:
I created a series of hand-drawn illustrations and transformed them into a collection of three seamless patterns designed specifically for the brand’s textile products. Using a mixed-media approach—watercolor and colored pencils—I ensured a fresh yet sufficiently delicate, organic feel that aligns with the brand’s aesthetic.
Concept & Inspiration:
Understanding the brand’s connection to nature and its roots, I proposed the idea of incorporating joyful dragonflies—a significant element found in the region where the brand originates. Alongside delicate botanical motifs, these elements create a timeless, fresh aesthetic. The collection features a harmonious palette of lush green shades on crisp white backgrounds, ensuring the illustrations remain vibrant yet soothing.
Result:
The final designs perfectly align with the brand’s philosophy—natural and serene—enhancing the uniqueness of their products while maintaining a practical and aesthetically pleasing appeal.
