The brief was to create a replica of a Master painting to demonstrate my abilities as a painter. I couldn't see the painting in real life as it was on tour, so I worked from digital images on the national gallery website. It took 15 working days to complete start to finish. This replica is size A1 so I can bring it along to interviews, the original is roughly 6 times larger.
