I worked with the ODI on several projects, including the conversion of InDesign templates into Microsoft Word and PowerPoint templates that will be used in the UK and worldwide. They needed versions that matched their brand colour guidelines.

For this particular suite of Word report templates, the ODI wanted three versions with each of the three core colours in the brand guidelines, and two layout versions of each these colour templates, so six templates in all. For PowerPoint, they only need three versions with each of the three core colours used.

I also created custom Excel charts that are available in the dropdown menus of the Chart tab, featuring the brand font colours, preferred application of guidelines, etc. Additionally, I provided them with a training manual that would help all users of the templates, as their creation used features such as section breaks, styles and columns.
