Someone that is organised

How about someone that is organised and a good communicator

Maybe a person that is able to get the best out of the team and the clients

Always has a solution, whatever the problem

Knows when to shut up and listen, and when to throw their tuppance into

the pot

Can have fun developing ideas but knows when to knuckle down and get

the job done
