About me

I am a 28 year old single South African female on a British Ancestral visa. I studied Public Relations and Media Studies through Varsity College, I then moved on to study for a Certificate in Digital Integrated Multi-Media Studies (Graphics.) On completion I worked in SA before travelling to the United Kingdom where I undertook various temporary jobs between my travels. I returned to South Africa for a further 2 years where I worked in a travel company doing multiple duties including Design, PR and Marketing.I returned to the UK in 2006 and have worked as a Marketing Coordinator since. My two most recent roles have been within the construction industry where my duties were/are predominately new business/ bid and tender related role, which includes searching for new opportunities, distributing opportunities to management and coordinating the submission from written information to designing (Adobe Creative suite and Powerpoint) the documentation. I was not limited to bids however. I have sound experience across the marketing mix. I have been solely responsible for the project management of a website which included microsites, CMS, Client database and a property search function. I have been assistant editor on a bi monthly corporate publication (magazine) and have assisted significantly to creating brand awareness and consistency. I thrive on challenge and diversity. Ideally I would like to work within a creative team - as I am a creatively driven and believe in exploring each opportunity to capacity. I am a hard working diligent person, who posses a sense of humour and remains level headed in any situation. I can promise to bring my all too any occasion and continue to give the best results as possible.My knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite is solid and I am multifaceted due my skill set.
