Natalie Shardan is Managing Partner at Serviceplan Middle East, bringing nearly two decades of experience across leading global and regional agencies. Originally from Jordan, she began her career at Impact BBDO Dubai before working with networks including Y&R, JWT, and MullenLowe, managing major brands such as Emirates Airline, PepsiCo, HSBC, Unilever, and Johnson & Johnson.
Since joining Serviceplan in 2018, Natalie has led the agency's transformation, strengthening its offerings and driving sustained business growth. Under her leadership, the agency has attracted top talent, maintained long-term client partnerships, and earned major industry recognition, including Independent Agency of the Year at Dubai Lynx (2021, 2023) and its first Cannes Lions win in 2024.
Natalie is known for her people-first leadership style and her ability to bridge creativity with business impact. She has served as a juror for Cannes Lions, Gerety Awards, and Shots Awards EMEA, and is an active member of The Marketing Society MENA.
