With nearly a decade in luxury visual merchandising, including as Visual Merchandising Manager at Louis Vuitton, I specialise in transforming retail spaces into immersive brand experiences that drive engagement and sales. Leading flagship locations like New Bond Street and Harrods, I managed high-profile activations, store layouts, product launches, and visual merchandising strategies that delivered measurable business growth.

At Louis Vuitton, I played a key role in executing large-scale window and in-store transformations, including the LV x Yayoi Kusama takeover at Harrods, where I oversaw 27 windows, two pop-ins, and four concessions. I worked closely with contractors, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to bring creative visions to life, ensuring seamless execution while upholding brand identity. Additionally, I trained and developed visual merchandising teams, mentoring junior VMs and upskilling senior managers to maintain excellence in execution.

Now, as a Freelance Visual Merchandiser and Creative Consultant, I offer bespoke retail solutions through my studio, helping brands create impactful visual merchandising strategies, dynamic store layouts, and immersive shopping experiences.
