AI surveillance is everywhere. AI-based security cameras are labelling individuals based on their appearances and using their information without their permission. To raise awareness of the issue, textiles label UNLABELED developed camouflage patterns that prevent AI from recognising clothing, which was transformed into products in partnership with apparel brand NEXUSVII. Wearing these pieces of clothing will reduce AI's ability to pick up on clothing, and can help to restore some of society's right to privacy.
