A passionate Media professional with more than 25 yrs of experience. Starting back in 1995 when markets started to move from "waiting for facsimiles" to now being "available always and everywhere" she was able to explore, experience and followed not only Millennials and GenZ through their journeys in oder to deliver best efficient and effective solutions.
Besides strong economical outputs, she's highly keen on defining and challenging her teams. Objective is getting out the best of each of them, finding and supporting strengths. And fun never is missing.

In general, she believes, that our business is about people. And she's strongly inspired by people (teams, clients, customer) - love to view and understand their actions & re-actions and their ability to - sometimes - ignore advertising. Simply human. Never judgemental.
