ABOUT
The trip to Uzbekistan was absolutely unforgettable for its maximum spontaneity. We started in Bukhara, continued to Khiva, made a huge loop through the west and went all the way to Samarkand - and all that with not a single thing booked, a very rare trip with only plane tickets in and out bought on advance. And it was a perfect match, both in terms of myself - completely exhausted under the press of obligations, plans and deadlines, and the country - we were arranging everything in the moment so effortlessly and smoothly. Each and everybody knew someone of help: at a hotel - oh, my sister's son makes tours there, with a driver - ah, my brother-in-law holds hotel here; and we were sucessfully passed from person to person while the trip was beautifully organizing itself.Even though somewhere such a trick may not work well you should definitely give it a try one day in the right place!
