Praia do Magoito was on my list for a while after I have found photos in google maps interesting. But when I finally got there, reality was so much more than just interesting! A sunny, windy evening, with ocean mist veiling the towering cliffs and powerful waves crashing against the shore—it was one of the most epic views I’ve seen here.Strangely it reminded me of Villeneuve’s Dune – even though there’s no ocean there! But add a touch of Solaris, and you get that surreal feeling of a limitless power of an ancient planet where we’re just visitors…
