Released to coincide with the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, 'Todo Es De Color' [Everything is in Colour] uses the Lole y Manuel song of the same name to great effect. It's the soundtrack to a bloody but beautiful tale of sorority from director Mahee Lanna, whose background in production design also comes to the fore.

The protagonist (Elo Salichs) has blood around her eyes and pigtails that are used by women in black robes to keep her in place. When she does manage to break free, she slices her hand with a knife—a painful act that summons a group of women in lavender clothes.

They offer the tactile support she needs, a circle of trust that frees her from the ties that bind. Before we can celebrate with her, supers reveal that "five women are killed every hour by someone in their family". Lanna wants to know how much more blood is to be spilled before action is taken.
