About Robert
Versatile and very competent worker with a wealth of technical, logistical and commercial skills acquired across a wide range of demanding roles with experience within the training, management and customer services seeking next challenging opportunity to demonstrate substantial abilities and make an effective contribution in a successful, growing team.
Due to the Academy's rapid explosive growth since 2008 my position had to be flexible to fill all roles required and as such, I moved from my entry position to acting-HOD to finally settling down in my final role in Business Quality.
Although my recent experience may be in the Lifelong Learning Sector I feel that the responsibilities I've had in regards to quality assurance and customer satisfaction enable me to easily transition into what would be a advantage for any sector.
