ABOUT

This was a program for the Glasgow Jazz Festival. It was necessary that the program contained information about the bands playing and about the festival. In addition, the program had to be a good size for people to carry around and fit into their pockets while watching the performances, so I decided to make the size A5.

The concept came from the idea of Jazz being elegant. Older and more affluent people tend to find jazz more appealing. It's popularity dates back to the 50’s, where often Jazz bands in America often play in high class bars and restaurants.
