While sitting watching the simple game that is football, as a graphic designer I started to think that many of the badges aren't as simple as the logo's today.

The lack of badge changing I feel is due to the history of each club. Each badge was made at a certain time and a different way to how we create logo's nowadays. Everton tried to modernize their badge and were heavily criticized by the fans.

After google's recent simplifying of their logo I decided to simplify some football badges, concentrating on the shapes rather than the club itself.
