Invent a premium status gift box for some of the best cognac and whiskey brands
The challenge is to create a strong attractive concept for a gift box that can showcase and elevate the product. The key is to create a container, box or outer pack that has some intrinsic value on its own. It should attract the consumer by having a clever design or by being made from beautiful materials.
The concept is the cask. The cask is vital to ageing process as this is where Whisky gets its flavour. I believe is classy and modern, is balanced gift box like the whisky and reminds that with increasing maturation time the whisky takes up flavours from the cask. The wood passes over its character to the whisky and it is a major determiner as to the quality of the final liquid.
