The Black Roe is a new Poke bar and grill based in London's Mayfair. The interior design concept was based around communicating and celebrating the fact that all the produce they cook comes from sustainable sources.

Seamus was commissioned to go out to ports in Britain and Ireland where they sourced their fish to photograph the actual fishermen responsible for the catch. In many cases he photographed them just as they landed their fish, in driving rain and freezing conditions. The resulting portraits were printed large (1200mm high) and form an integral part of the restaurant's contemporary design. As a result it is now possible to look into the eyes of the person who caught your fish.
