About us
MOO isn’t your average brand team. We’re the in-house creative engine for one of the world’s best-loved creative brands. That means sky-high standards for everything we do. (Of course, we wouldn’t have it any other way.)
We are the designers, writers, photographers and artworkers behind most of what you see of MOO that’s out in the world. Outdoor advertising, videos, social, events, you name it. (And we do it in a fraction of the time and for a fraction of the budget than if it went to an agency. Just saying...)
It’s a challenge juggling endless briefs, competing business priorities and internal feedback all while keeping stakeholders happy and living up to our own exacting brand standards. But we’re lucky to be in a business that gets (and values) creative.
Our company purpose is GREAT DESIGN FOR EVERYONE and we live this every day. It sets the bar high for our customers who enjoy amazing quality products and world-class customer service. And it sets the bar high for our team who are producing, judging and creating work that represents the brand.
We’re always looking for ways to improve ourselves, our products and the world around us. We invest in training and development courses with D&AD and Creative Equals. We support women in leadership with programmes like #CEFutureLeaders. We nurture young creative talent in partnership with the Creative Mentor Network (CMN), and we offer paid internships. Oh, and we win awards! Hatch, HOW & GDUSA, to name a few.
