1. More than 10 years' experience of project management & coordination, including all type of building Architectural & interior design such as retail, residential, government buildings
2. Perform technical plan reviews of final architectural and signage drawings.
3. Documents design review approvals/rejections/comments.
4. Facilitate and provide monthly status (or more frequent) reports on progress, process evaluation, and critical issues.
5. Identify any design issues or cost saving opportunities throughout the processes.
6. Attend design meetings to assist the design review team in achieving a smooth design approval procedure so milestones are met and fit-out can commence on the defined date.
7. Coordinate the submission of concept, MEP and technical documents.
8. Work with MEP Engineers to approve/ review fit-outs appointed by client or tenant.
10. Liaise with authorities and municipality to ensure frame work set for tenants to easily understand and obtain such approvals as required.
14. Able to translate client requirements into action plans and implement them.

19. Worked on Design Development, full working drawing, Construction Documents.
20. Coordinate with the client representative & the main contractor or any other onsite contractor.
21. QC & QS.
23. Generate a project summary report, after the completion of each project.
24. Follows up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.
25. Manages project budget.
26. Aware of FIDIC Conditions, and review the Claims documents.
27. Act as company representative at all times.
28. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
30. Capable of working independently and managing my own projects.
