How do you sell what isn't built yet?

Property developers sell off-plan: buyers commit to homes that are still drawings, renders and a fenced-off site. At the same time, those buyers scroll past hundreds of listings a day. Static renders rarely stop them.

This reel shows what Mister Pixel makes for developers: cinematic, AI-generated films of buildings and interiors that don't exist yet. They are made from the project's plans and renders, long before the first brick.

The edit is built around transformation:

an empty shell becomes a furnished apartment;
a timber frame in the forest becomes a mountain retreat at sunset;
a dated period room is restored into a calm, lived-in home;
a foundation pit rises into a residential tower over the London skyline.

The kinetic typography follows the same idea. Every word is assembled from pixels and only then resolves into solid type. Pixels first, then concrete.
