ABOUT
The idea was to create and come up with a campaign and idea for employee engagement within the business. We created a new visual language that would be identifiable for all employees. This could be seen as a consistent design language across all communications channels and included a custom cut of Helvetica especially for Laing O'Rourke.
This is where the concept of 'OPEN' was born.
