About me
In my current position, I have a varied role so time management is an essential skill to have. With the high cost of the products we produce an eye to detail is important. We have a Design department in China and also use a Chinese and Macedonia outsource office. The work we receive back from these teams is often lacking the high quality we require. One of my roles is to amend any errors they produce. I also pick up on a lot of their errors before they go to print.
Because of this, I have to have clear communication skills to our customer service and sales department. Who will pass on information to customers. So I have to make this information clear while not confusing them with technical terms.
I have taken projects from start to completion as well as picking up projects half way through and completing them. Within this role I have also had to deal with print settings.
