My 20 yearsʼ experience in the live event industry has led me to believe that there are three marketing ʻmustsʼ that brands cannot ignore. To reflect these, Iʼve set up two new companies and remodelled and relaunched Itch to make sure that todayʼs most ambitious brands arenʼt left behind. The three ʻmustsʼ are:
