I was brought in as part of a small team at Organic​ tasked with conceptualising the next generation of iPlayer, and how a 'Recommendation Engine' could work within it. Several weeks of wireframing, iterative prototyping and UAT culminated in a comprehensive and idea-packed presentation to the BBC, of which several of our suggested features are now beginning to appear.
